Die Originalversion von MOVE NOW des nigerianischen Singer-Songwriters Jones the Ikomboy war der Titelsong für die Veranstaltung #MoveNowChallenge 2020, eine Bewegung für Nachhaltigkeit, persönliche Gesundheitsförderung und Unterstützung für soziale und nachhaltige Projekte.
Um mehr Geld für Wohltätigkeitsprojekte zu sammeln, bat Jones the Ikomboy Kai Schwarz, die afrikanischen Wurzeln seines Liedes mit populärer Dance-Musik für eine kommerzielle radiofreundliche Version zu kombinieren. Das Ergebnis ist wunderbar und hat Ohrwurmpotenzial! Besonders empfehlenswert für alle Fans von EDM- oder Future House-Musik und Acts wie Avicii, Don Diablo oder Robin Schulz.
Jones the Ikomboy trat bereits neben internationalen Künstlern wie Wiz Khalifa, J. Cole, Tove Lo, Enrique Iglesias, Big Sean, Sean Paul und vielen anderen auf. Nach dem Erfolg der Hit-Single ABU DABBIN hat sich Jones mit Chip und Red Cafe zusammengetan, um einen Remix des Tracks zu produzieren, der über 2 Millionen YouTube-Aufrufe gesehen hat. The original version of MOVE NOW by the Nigerian singer-songwriter Jones the Ikomboy was the title song for the 2020 event #MoveNowChallenge, a movement for sustainability, personal health promotion and support for social and sustainable projects.
To collect more money for charity projects, Jones the Ikomboy asked Kai Schwarz to combine the African roots of his song with popular dance music for a commercial radio friendly version. The result is wonderful! Especially recommended for all fans of EDM or Future House music and acts like Avicii, Don Diablo or Robin Schulz.
Jones the Ikomboy has performed alongside international artists such as Wiz Khalifa, J. Cole, Tove Lo, Enrique Iglesias, Big Sean, Sean Paul and many more.
